{"id":13746,"date":"2022-04-07T14:20:24","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T12:20:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rrz.sk\/?p=13746"},"modified":"2022-05-17T11:43:49","modified_gmt":"2022-05-17T09:43:49","slug":"welfare-report","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rrz.sk\/en\/welfare-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Welfare Report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Welfare Report is <strong>a report on the development of Slovak social system<\/strong> as it is the largest part of public finance expenditure.<\/p>\n<p>To create it, we analyzed social system, evaluated intended and unintended effects of its measures, and modeled further development of the system and its costs.<\/p>\n<p>Welfare Report <strong>summarizes legislative developments, provides an overview of individual benefits of the social system, the number of their recipients, the average amount, the volume paid and other parameters<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>It also adds to each instrument of social policy <strong>an analytical view<\/strong> of the factors that affect the number of recipients or the amount of the benefit and the forecast of the development.<\/p>\n<p>Social policy is purely the domain of government. Welfare Report <strong>does not assess the correctness or suitability of individual social policy instruments<\/strong>. It helps to find out which generation is to gain and which generation is to lose.<\/p>\n<p>It\u00b4s aim is <span class=\"VIiyi\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-number-of-phrases=\"3\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">to <strong>provide public with a summarized data base presenting the history and development of the social system<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\" data-number-of-phrases=\"3\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">Further reports will be focused on selected topics.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\" data-number-of-phrases=\"3\"><span class=\"Q4iAWc\">We believe that Welfare report will <strong>contribute to a better professional and political debate on the social system<\/strong>, as well as to <strong>improving the quality of proposals for changes in social policy<\/strong> in the future.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Read more<\/strong>, find data appendix or main conclusions (in Slovak only) <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rrz.sk\/rrz-zverejnuje-komplexnu-spravu-o-vyvoji-socialneho-systemu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HERE<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Welfare Report is a report on the development of Slovak social system as it is the largest part of public finance expenditure.
